Job Description

**Job Title:** Implementation Intern **Role Summary:** Support end‑to‑end implementation projects for government agencies, applying technical configuration and development skills to deliver tailored software solutions. Work on client sites, collaborating with teams and stakeholders to meet evolving requirements. **Expactations:** - Deliver high‑quality configuration and development work on schedule. - Communicate effectively with clients, teammates, and stakeholders at both technical and business levels. - Exhibit ownership, initiative, and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment. - Maintain confidentiality and comply with all relevant policies and laws. **Key Responsibilities:** - Gather client requirements and translate them into system configurations. - Configure and customize application features using the FAST UI, VB.Net, or C#. - Create and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval from relational databases. - Test, troubleshoot, and deploy new or modified features. - Identify, analyze, and resolve complex implementation issues. - Participate in client site visits, providing clear information and support. - Work independently and contribute collaboratively within project teams. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in .NET (VB.Net or C#) development. - Experience with SQL on Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements. - Self‑motivation, personal ownership, and teamwork orientation. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current undergraduate student in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field. - No specific certifications required.
