Job Description
**Job title** Senior MS Dynamics CRM Analyst‑Developer **Role Summary** Design, develop, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Apps solutions to meet business process requirements. Lead development activities, mentor junior developers, and collaborate across functional and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality CRM customizations and integrations within sprint cycles. - Provide technical leadership and code quality oversight for a team of at least 10 developers over a minimum of 12 months. - Maintain alignment between functional requirements and technical implementations. **Key Responsibilities** - Create and modify entities, fields, forms, views, workflows, business rules, and plug‑ins in Dynamics 365. - Design and implement Power Automate flows and both model‑driven and canvas Power Apps applications. - Integrate CRM with external systems using connectors, Web APIs, Azure Service Bus, SSIS, and perform data migrations. - Manage change requests, test changes, and support production deployment and post‑go‑live activities. - Mentor and support less experienced Dynamics CRM developers, sharing best practices and technical guidance. - Collaborate with Front‑End, Back‑End, and integration teams to ensure solution coherence. - Work closely with functional analysts, testers, and project team members to meet delivery objectives. - Contribute to technical documentation, source‑code management (DevOps), and maintain code quality. **Required Skills** - Minimum 5 years of experience with Dynamics CRM APIs (REST/ODATA, SOAP) and C# plug‑in development using the SDK. - Minimum 3 years of JavaScript, Canvas Apps, and at least 1 year with Power Pages (Dynamics Portals). - Minimum 4 years with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and 3 years with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or Finance modules. - Minimum 3 years with Azure Service Bus and experience on at least one large Agile project. - Proven coaching/leadership experience on a development team of ≥10 developers for ≥12 months. - Strong understanding of workflow, business rule design, and model‑driven app architecture. - Familiarity with DevOps practices for code management and deployment pipelines. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or equivalent Dynamics certification preferred.
