**Job Title** Business Developer – Electric Mobility **Role Summary** Assist the B2C sales team in identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities for electric vehicle (EV) charging station installations. Handle inbound inquiries, guide prospects through solution options, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. **Expectations** - Six‑month internship starting July 2026. - Demonstrate proactive lead management and ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. - Deliver measurable sales results and contribute to the growth of the company’s B2C charging portfolio. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Receive and triage incoming customer inquiries via email and phone. 2. Maintain a balanced pipeline of B2C prospects and follow up to convert leads into sales. 3. Analyze each client’s needs and propose the most suitable charging solution from the company’s portfolio. 4. Ensure smooth hand‑off to installation and support teams, tracking project milestones. 5. Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as conversion rates, response times, and customer feedback. 6. Keep customer information accurately updated in the CRM system. **Required Skills** - Strong oral and written communication in French and English. - Basic understanding of EV charging infrastructure and related regulations. - Customer‑centric sales approach with proven problem‑solving ability. - Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office. - Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. - No specific certifications required.
