Job Description: **Job Title** Financial Control Intern (F/M) **Role Summary** Assist the Finance team with financial data validation, reconciliation between Salesforce and SAP, annual close preparation, performance analysis, purchase and inventory KPI monitoring, dashboard creation, and process improvement initiatives. **Expectations** - 6‑month internship starting in January. - Current Master 1 or 2 student in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or related discipline. - Self‑driven, detail‑oriented, collaborative, and able to work autonomously. **Key Responsibilities** - Validate and reconcile financial data from Salesforce and SAP. - Support annual close activities: collect, verify, and structure data. - Perform quarterly commission analyses and prepare related reports. - Develop and maintain dashboards for financial performance. - Map indirect group purchases; build a purchase database (amounts, suppliers, categories). - Track purchase KPIs (negotiation savings, payment terms, inventory turnover). - Monitor supplier performance (negotiation history, strategy, gains). - Collaborate with operations, procurement, logistics, and accounting to identify cost‑saving opportunities. - Contribute to inventory process improvements and KPI definition (days of sales, stock location). - Communicate findings and key indicators to project managers and cross‑functional teams. **Required Skills** - Advanced Excel proficiency; Power BI knowledge is a plus. - Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce, or equivalent). - Strong analytical and data validation skills. - Excellent attention to detail, curiosity, and independent work capability. - Effective written and verbal communication. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current enrollment in a Master 1 or Master 2 program in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or a related field. - No additional certifications required.
