Marketing Brand Assistant – Hendrick’s Gin (Internship)
**Role Summary**
Assist the Brand Manager in executing the brand strategy for Hendrick’s Gin, including market analysis, campaign implementation, event coordination, media planning, and trade activations across hospitality, retail, and e‑commerce channels.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze distributor panel data, consumer insights, and internal sales to monitor market trends, competitive activity, and brand performance.
- Develop action plans and proposal recommendations based on data analysis.
- Implement brand plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Draft agency briefs and manage operational follow‑up for events, public relations, press, and influencer collaborations.
- Support digital and media strategy execution, including media planning, KPI tracking, and performance reporting.
- Coordinate CHR (bars, restaurants, hotels) and GMS (supermarkets, drugstores) activations in partnership with trade teams.
- Contribute to advocacy activations involving brand ambassadors.
- Monitor and report on marketing‑and‑promotion (A&P) budget compliance.
- Participate in annual performance reviews and propose improvements or new initiatives.
- Undertake additional projects as required by the Brand Manager or evolving team priorities.

- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); basic data‑visualization skills preferred.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s (Bac+4) or master’s (Bac+5) program in marketing, business, commerce, or related field.
- Preferably recent graduate or interim student with internship experience in brand management or marketing, ideally within the spirits or consumer‑packaged goods sector.
