Job Description
**Job Title:** Quality Assurance Analyst **Role Summary:** A junior analyst supporting product quality review processes within a regulated environment. Uses advanced Excel techniques and AI tools to capture, analyse and document product and process data, ensuring compliance with GMP and EudraLex Volume 4 standards. Works independently to drive continuous improvement of quality documentation, templates, and reporting workflows. **Expectations:** - Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, able to work independently. - School leavers accepted; rapid learning curve. - Dutch speaking; comfortable reading and writing English documentation. - Interest in AI/automation; practical experience a plus. - Basic understanding of GMP helpful but not mandatory. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Collect and structure product and process data for Product Quality Review (PQR) documents. 2. Draft, review and finalize PQR documentation in line with GMP and EudraLex Volume 4 requirements. 3. Analyze deviations, trend data across systems and summarize findings for QA and production stakeholders. 4. Identify risks, propose practical process improvements, and monitor implementation of corrective actions. 5. Continuously improve templates, tools, and reporting workflows. 6.
