Job Description

**Job Title:** IT Support Engineer **Role Summary:** Deliver second‑line technical support to B2B clients, resolving escalated tickets, troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, and device issues, while collaborating on migrations and projects to maintain client operations and security. **Expectations:** - Provide reliable, timely support across 1st and 2nd line tickets. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365, Windows OS, networking, and endpoint devices. - Participate in deployments, migrations, and documentation to ensure SLA compliance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and resolve first‑ and second‑line support tickets efficiently. - Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook), Windows 10/11, and associated applications. - Configure and maintain networking components: DNS, DHCP, VPN, routers, switches, firewalls. - Set up and deploy laptops, mobile devices, and VoIP systems. - Collaborate with senior engineers on migrations and technical projects. - Maintain accurate service documentation and adhere to service level agreements. **Required Skills:** - 1–3 years of MSP or B2B IT support experience. - Strong Microsoft 365 support knowledge. - Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, routers, switches, firewalls). - Experience with endpoint protection and backup solutions. - Proficient communication, teamwork, and growth mindset. **Bonus Skills:** - Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Azure AD. - VoIP systems or telecoms experience. - Cyber Essentials awareness. - Valid UK driving licence (for occasional on‑site visits). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Relevant IT qualification or equivalent experience. - Microsoft certifications (e.g., Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) preferred.
