**Job Title**: Reservations Executive, Group Bookings **Role Summary**: Manage end-to-end group booking fulfillment post-contract signing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver a seamless guest experience for organizers and partners. **Expectations**: - Accurate and timely processing of group bookings, amendments, and allocations. - Adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) for query resolution and task completion. - High collaboration quality with Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams. - Continuous identification of process improvements to reduce delays and escalations. **Key Responsibilities**: - Process confirmed group bookings, maintaining precise records in reservations and CRM systems. - Update rooming lists, allocations, and modifications per agreed timelines and policies. - Serve as primary contact for group organizers, resolving operational queries promptly. - Coordinate with Sales and Operations to verify booking details and address issues. - Escalate complex cases to Senior Reservations Executive for resolution. - Monitor task and email queues to meet SLAs for group-related requests. - Flag recurring issues or bottlenecks to improve booking efficiency. - Confirm accuracy of room allocations and pricing with Revenue, Sales, and Operations teams. **Required Skills**: - Experience in hospitality, reservations, or group booking management. - Proficiency in reservations systems (e.g., Opera PMS) and CRM platforms. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. - Excellent written and verbal communication for internal/external stakeholders. - Organizational skills to track and resolve group booking amendments. - Collaborative mindset to support Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams. - Problem-solving capabilities to address booking challenges calmly under pressure. **Required Education & Certifications**: - No specific academic qualifications required. - Certifications in hospitality management or reservation systems advantageous (not mandatory).
