Job Description
**Job Title:** Lab Equipment Analyst **Role Summary:** Ensure reliability, accuracy, and compliance of lab and stability equipment in a GMP‑regulated environment by performing calibration, maintenance, qualification, and documentation activities. **Expatations:** Expect to work on critical equipment, support validation projects, manage vendor activity, maintain data integrity, and serve as a technical liaison for automated systems. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform planned calibration, maintenance, and compliance checks on stability chambers and laboratory equipment. - Support qualification and validation activities, investigate and troubleshoot equipment issues. - Contribute to validation projects, equipment upgrades, and change control processes. - Coordinate vendor and contractor activity, oversee equipment records and SAP tasks. - Maintain accurate documentation, weekly reporting, and system reviews to ensure GMP and data‑integrity compliance. - Act as technical point of contact for automated systems and system‑related updates. **Required Skills:** - Experience in equipment calibration, maintenance, validation, or laboratory operations within a GMP or technical environment. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities. - Excellent organisational and communication skills. - Familiarity with technical documentation, compliance systems, vendor or contractor management. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Degree in a science or engineering discipline, or equivalent hands‑on laboratory or technical experience.
