Job Description: **Job Title** Full Stack Developer **Role Summary** Design, develop, and maintain a web‑based trading platform. Lead architecture decisions, improve platform performance, reliability, and security, and build reusable services with RESTful APIs. **Expectations** - 2+ years of full‑stack development in a professional setting. - Proactive collaboration in a distributed, cross‑functional agile team. - Strong communication with stakeholders across multiple offices. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Architect and extend the application stack for the trading platform. 2. Build and refine RESTful services, handling both synchronous and asynchronous workloads. 3. Implement front‑end components using React or Next.js. 4. Integrate and manage databases (MySQL, MongoDB). 5. Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins). 6. Deploy, scale, and monitor services on cloud platforms (AWS) using Docker and Kubernetes. 7. Enhance platform security, resilience, and performance. 8. Mentor peers and contribute to knowledge sharing across regional teams. **Required Skills** - Java (Spring Boot) – advanced. - JavaScript/TypeScript with React and/or Next.js – advanced. - Relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB). - RESTful API design, implementation, and integration. - CI/CD pipeline configuration (GitLab, Jenkins). - Containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). - Cloud services – AWS preferred. - Experience with asynchronous messaging (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) is a plus. - Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and code‑review skills. - Excellent written and spoken English. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field *or* equivalent professional experience. - Optional but beneficial: Java SE Certification, AWS Certified Developer, or similar.
