**Job Title:** Project Manager, Commercial Construction
**Role Summary:**
Leads and oversees mixed‑use and residential construction projects from conception through completion, ensuring alignment with lease terms, budgets, schedules, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Acts as primary liaison among tenants, contractors, architects, and internal teams to deliver projects that support the company’s multi‑residential development strategy.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards.
- Maintain compliance with building codes, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Provide clear, regular communication and reporting to stakeholders.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while mitigating risks and resolving issues promptly.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define project scope, critical path, milestones, and construction schedules.
- Coordinate and communicate with tenants, contractors, construction managers, architects, and internal departments.
- Review and approve permits, change orders, invoices, and budget revisions.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
- Track and control project budgets; ensure cost‑effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with lease agreements, contracts, and regulatory approvals.
- Prepare and deliver status reports on timelines, budgets, and risks.
- Manage vendor and subcontractor performance and relationships.
- Implement process improvements and stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
- Organize consultant drawing reviews and meetings; allocate necessary resources.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong organizational and multi‑project management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore).
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and business‑acumen skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder‑engagement capabilities.
- Ability to work independently, exercise initiative, and maintain attention to detail.
- Resilience in ambiguous environments and capability to influence at all organizational levels.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), or equivalent certification.
- Relevant professional licensing or registration as required by local jurisdiction.
