Job Description
**Job Title** Project Programme Manager (Interim) **Role Summary** Lead the planning, governance, and progress monitoring of a multi-workstream transformation programme. Ensure accurate, up-to-date programme plans, risk and issue tracking, and clear reporting to senior leadership and steering committees. **Expectations** - Deliver on programme milestones with discipline. - Maintain control and visibility across all workstreams. - Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to senior stakeholders. - Drive continuous improvement and standards adoption. **Key Responsibilities** - Own and continually update the integrated programme plan and version control. - Align workstream plans to programme roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and critical path. - Track deliverables, KPIs, RAG status, risks, issues, and dependencies; identify slippage early. - Produce data‑driven progress reports, dashboards, and decision papers for Project Director and Steering Group. - Manage RAID logs, decision logs, and action trackers. - Coordinate governance meetings; distribute minutes and ensure timely action. - Act as liaison between Workstream Leads, PMO, and senior stakeholders. - Champion programme controls, best‑practice tools, templates, and methodologies. - Support lessons‑learned reviews and embed improvements. **Required Skills** - Proven programme or senior project management experience in complex, multi‑stream environments. - Strong planning, scheduling, and integrated‑plan management skills. - Advanced proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, Power BI (or equivalent). - Excellent governance, reporting, and analytical abilities. - Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders constructively. - Solid risk, issue, and dependency management knowledge. - Structured, analytical, proactive, and able to work at pace in high‑profile transformation settings. **Required Education & Certifications** - Formal programme/project management qualification (MSP, PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile) preferred. - Minimum tertiary education in Business, Project Management, or related field.
