Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead
Role Summary:
Lead end‑to‑end design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, blending declarative and programmatic techniques (Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, Flows). Mentor and review team code; establish coding standards, platform best practices, and reusable components. Serve as primary technical liaison between business analysts, stakeholders, and the development team. Drive continuous improvement, architecture quality, and adoption of emerging Salesforce features.

- Deliver high‑quality, performant solutions within tight deadlines.
- Maintain and grow Salesforce platform knowledge; keep abreast of releases and Governor Limits.
- Proactively recommend process improvements and architectural enhancements.
- Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring user adoption and satisfaction.
- Secure & retain governmental security clearance as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, unit test, and release Salesforce applications (Lightning components, Apex, Visualforce, Flows, Process Builder).
- Conduct code reviews; define and enforce coding standards, governance, and DevSecOps practices.
- Create and manage a shared component library and platform accelerators for cross‑business reuse.
- Support business customers in troubleshooting, bug remediation, and O&M activities.
- Lead internal briefings on new releases and architectural reviews; mentor junior staff.
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement AppExchange and third‑party integrations via MuleSoft, Heroku, Einstein Analytics where appropriate.
- Ensure solutions comply with Salesforce platform governor limits and performance best practices.
Required Skills:
- ≥5 years Salesforce development (Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, Flows, Process Builder).
- Proven ability to architect, build, and maintain scalable Enterprise solutions on Salesforce.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
- Excellent communication (technical and non‑technical) and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.
- Knowledge of GitLab/GitHub, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, SonarQube, Checkmarx).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight schedules.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Eligible for and maintain U.S. government security clearance.
- Salesforce Certifications (preferred): System Architect, Application Architect, Platform Developer I, App Builder.
