Job Description

**Job Title:** Salesforce Integration Architect **Role Summary** Lead enterprise-grade Salesforce implementations and integrations, designing scalable architectures with expertise in API-driven systems, integration platforms, and platform security/data governance. **Expectations** 12+ years enterprise application development, 5+ years in a Salesforce Architect role. Expertise in designing, deploying, and optimizing complex Salesforce ecosystems with integration and scalability focus. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and implement API-based integrations (REST/SOAP/Streaming/Bulk), event-driven systems, and middleware solutions (MuleSoft, Boomi). - Architect scalable data models, role hierarchies, and security frameworks (OWD, sharing rules, Shield encryption). - Optimize system performance, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure compliance with security and governance standards. - Drive DevOps workflows using Salesforce DX, Scratch Orgs, unlocked packages, and tools (GitHub, Jenkins). - Monitor system health via logging/monitoring tools (Splunk, New Relic) and design fault-tolerant architectures. **Required Skills** - Expert-level Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Aura - Advanced Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Streaming), Custom Middleware - Proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint or equivalent (Boomi/Informatica) - Platform Events, CDC, Named Credentials, External Services, Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset/Copado) - Security model mastery (object/field security, profiles, permission sets) **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or relevant field. - Salesforce Certified Application Architect *and* System Architect (mandatory). - Additional preference for: - Salesforce Certified Integration Architect - Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect (optional but favorable)
