**Job Title:** Director, IT
**Role Summary:** Lead IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and internal systems for a high-growth sports technology company, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business needs while building a high-performing team.
**Expactations:** 10+ years in IT operations and enterprise applications (B2C/tech environments), 6+ years leading IT teams in fast-paced settings, with proven expertise in scaling IT capabilities and managing SaaS-heavy ecosystems.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee IT infrastructure, corporate network, end-user computing, service desk, and endpoint security.
- Manage identity (Okta, Azure AD), endpoint (Kandji, JumpCloud), ERP, HRIS (Workday), CRM, and core business applications.
- Ensure system integration, reliability, and alignment with business goals.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Security) to optimize workflows and reporting.
- Drive enterprise availability, incident response, disaster recovery, compliance, and data privacy.
- Negotiate vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs; evaluate and implement cost-efficient solutions.
- Develop IT governance, ITSM best practices, and KPIs for service delivery.
- Lead IT workforce, fostering agility, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
**Required Skills:**
- ERP/HRIS (Workday), identity platforms (Okta, Azure AD), endpoint management tools (Kandji, JumpCloud).
- SaaS environments, integration architecture, IT governance frameworks.
- Vendor management (negotiation, performance management).
- Strategic leadership, stakeholder communication, and hands-on problem-solving.
**Required Education & Certifications:** Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Sports betting licensure may be required based on state regulations.
