Job Title: IT Manager Role Summary: Lead end-to-end design, implementation, and scaling of secure, audit-ready IT and security frameworks for a global AI robotics company, focusing on automation, compliance, and infrastructure reliability. Expectations: - Own the entire IT operating model from provisioning to incident response. - Deliver SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, TISAX readiness and maintain ongoing audit compliance. - Build zero‑touch identity and access management across all critical systems. - Drive network and endpoint hardening, segmentation, and real‑time monitoring. Key Responsibilities: - Map, close, and ship SOC 2, ISO 27001, TISAX controls using Vanta/Drata; produce audit-ready evidence. - Automate RBAC provisioning/deprovisioning via Microsoft 365, Intune, Graph/SCIM APIs, and fleetdm. - Enforce MFA, Conditional Access, SSO, and least‑privilege RBAC for SharePoint, Bamboo, QuickBooks, and engineering tools. - Harden office networks: validate segmentation, secure VPN, document firmware/config compliance. - Deploy and manage SIEM ingesting M365, Defender, MDM, VPN, and network logs for real‑time monitoring. - Implement asset management, automate Linux/Windows workstation provisioning (PXE, imaging, MDM) and advance policy‑driven ops. - Provide scalable support for M365, device, and network issues; automate support processes. - Lead tabletop incident response exercises and publish security policies. Required Skills: - 5+ years in IT for SaaS/Tech, with direct SOC 2 Type 2 experience. - Deep Microsoft 365/Azure AD administration expertise. - Proven automation using PowerShell, Graph API, SCIM. - Strong MDM knowledge (Intune, Jamf) and endpoint hardening. - Linux and cross‑platform management proficiency. - Experience with Vanta/Drata or TISAX audit participation (bonus). Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. - SOC 2 readiness experience and knowledge of ISO 27001, TISAX. - Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or equivalent (preferred).
