**Job Title:** Salesforce Technical Team Lead
**Role Summary:**
Lead the architecture, development, and ongoing administration of Salesforce CRM and Field Service Management solutions (Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds). Drive technical strategy, ensure governance, and integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems to support business objectives.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver scalable Salesforce designs aligned with business requirements.
- Maintain high data quality, security, and system performance.
- Provide technical mentorship to internal teams and external consultants.
- Ensure adoption through training, support, and continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce configurations, custom objects, workflows, Process Builder, Flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
- Manage user administration, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security models.
- Lead integration projects with ERP (e.g., Epicor P21) and marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot) using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
- Establish and enforce CRM best‑practice and governance standards across the organization.
- Conduct system audits, monitor CRM KPIs, and recommend enhancements to boost productivity.
- Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end users.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flow Builder.
- Experience with API‑based integrations and middleware (e.g., Mulesoft).
- Deep understanding of CRM processes: lead management, opportunity lifecycle, case handling.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Preferred: CPQ/Revenue Cloud, Marketing Automation, Community Cloud, SQL, Power BI/Tableau.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce experience.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications such as Platform App Builder, Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, or equivalent strongly preferred.
