**Job Title:**
AI/ML Engineer (TS/SCI)
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning systems and predictive models to support defense and national‑security missions. Transform complex datasets into actionable insights through advanced analytics, algorithm development, and visualization. Work cross‑functionally to integrate AI/ML solutions into operational platforms.
**Expactations:**
- Hold an active TS/SCI clearance (required).
- Be a U.S. citizen.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of designing production‑ready ML models within a defense or federal environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build supervised, unsupervised, and deep‑learning algorithms using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit‑learn.
- Refine prototypes into scalable, production‑ready ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Perform data mining, statistical analysis, and model validation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Automate model training, testing, and deployment workflows; monitor performance and implement retraining as needed.
- Create dynamic dashboards and visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, or custom solutions) to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and mission teams to integrate ML outputs into operational systems.
- Maintain documentation of data schemas, model assumptions, and performance metrics.
**Required Skills:**
- Python, R, or equivalent data‑oriented programming language.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, or similar ML frameworks.
- Data preprocessing, feature selection, and model evaluation techniques.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or custom dashboards).
- Ability to manage and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets.
- Strong analytical problem‑solving and attention to detail.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience developing and deploying AI/ML models or data‑driven applications.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance (achievable through a government security investigation).
