**Job Title**
Customer Solutions Engineer / Project Manager
**Role Summary**
Deployed for an 8‑month mission to architect, implement, and optimize end‑to‑end cloud solutions for global partners. Acts as the technical bridge between complex cloud capabilities and business objectives, delivering scalable architectures, ensuring quality, and driving operational efficiency.
**Expectations**
- Launch end‑to‑end cloud architectures that meet partner needs.
- Deliver robust, maintainable code and integrations in line with engineering best practices.
- Provide 2nd‑level technical support and escalation resolution.
- Drive AI‑enabled quality assurance improvements.
- Maintain compliance with data, legal, and security policies.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Architect & Implement** – design sophisticated cloud solutions, source components, and engineer integrations.
2. **Technical Leadership** – identify reusable patterns, mentor teams, and conduct design/code reviews.
3. **Client Empowerment** – translate partner requirements into technical roadmaps, demonstrating ROI and growth opportunities.
4. **Solution Delivery** – scope, design, code, test, and deliver solutions while adhering to SDLC best practices.
5. **Quality Assurance & Support** – manage technical services workstream, resolve escalations, and train partner support staff.
6. **Innovation & Efficiency** – leverage AI and automation to enhance QA accuracy and process speed.
7. **Strategic Partnership** – engage in account planning, identify technical gaps, and align solutions with stakeholder goals.
8. **Expert Consultation** – quickly adopt new technical stacks, advise on trade‑offs, and maintain subject‑matter expertise.
9. **Compliance & Launch** – ensure solutions comply with data/legal standards and pass necessary reviews.
10. **Stakeholder Engagement** – communicate impact to senior stakeholders, manage relationships, and drive alignment.
**Required Skills**
- Strong consultative and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Deep core technical knowledge in cloud, web technologies, and software engineering principles.
- Proven solution‑design and architecture experience.
- Advanced problem‑solving across the full SDLC.
- Proficiency in coding, integration, design/code reviews, and test coverage.
- Experience with 2nd‐level technical support and escalation management.
- Familiarity with AI/automation tools for QA improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with senior clients and internal teams.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Valid certifications in major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Architect) are highly desirable.
