**Job title** Chief of Staff Intern – Right‑Hand to CEO **Role Summary** Serve as the CEO’s primary operational and strategic partner, driving high‑impact projects, accelerating execution, and structuring internal processes to support the launch and growth of a new brand within an international gaming and creative‑leisure company. **Expectations** * Deliver measurable acceleration of CEO initiatives and company growth. * Act autonomously, taking initiative and problem‑solving with minimal supervision. * Maintain clarity, structure, and rhythm across cross‑functional teams. * Communicate clearly in both French and English, preparing concise reports and executive decks. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Lead strategic projects (product development, international expansion, retail partnerships, internal structuring). 2. Drive the launch of a new brand: identity, roadmap, design coordination, production, marketing strategy, and distribution planning (France, USA). 3. Conduct market, benchmark, cost, and forecast analyses; translate findings into actionable recommendations for the CEO. 4. Create and maintain executive‑level documentation: strategic notes, investor decks, dashboards, and reporting tools. 5. Coordinate cross‑functional and external interactions among marketing, production, design, factories, distributors, and agencies. 6. Build organisational expertise: internal processes, strategy, communications, supplier and distributor relationships. **Required Skills** * Strong project management and organisational skills. * Strategic thinking with data‑driven analysis (Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools). * Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English. * Stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration. * Proactive, resourceful, detail‑oriented, and capable of quick decision support. **Required Education & Certifications** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field. Prior internship or experience in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment is preferred. ---
