Job Description
**Job Title** Junior Auditor (Audit Finance) **Role Summary** Assist audit teams in conducting statutory, consolidated, and special audit engagements for national and international clients, including due diligence, contribution audits, and company valuations. Participate in all audit phases—risk assessment, analytical review, and transaction testing—while receiving structured training on audit methodology and professional standards. **Expectations** - Complete audit assignments within defined timelines. - Produce high‑quality audit documentation and drafting of audit reports. - Collaborate effectively with senior auditors and client stakeholders. - Continuously enhance technical knowledge of accounting and audit standards. **Key Responsibilities** - Plan and execute audit procedures for financial statements, consolidated accounts, and special projects. - Assess audit risks, perform analytical reviews, and test audit evidence across financial cycles. - Compile findings and draft audit reports for management and regulatory bodies. - Coordinate with team members during fieldwork and review stages. - Attend training sessions and apply learnings to fieldwork. - Support client communication and documentation preparation as needed. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office suite. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills. - Proactive learning attitude and adaptability to new audit standards and technologies. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Bac+5). - Practical experience: internship in financial audit and/or at least 1 year in financial audit or statutory audit. - Knowledge of professional work standards, accounting, and audit principles. - Relevant certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, DSCG, CA) are an advantage.
