Job Title: Senior Oracle HCM Architect
Role Summary:
Lead the technical design, configuration, and delivery of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions across Core HR, Talent Management, Self‑Service, Benefits, and Compensation. Translate business requirements into user‑centric, scalable solutions and manage the full software development lifecycle from design to deployment.
Expectations:
- Must hold U.S. citizenship or permanent residency.
- Work within a federal contracting environment, meeting all pre‑employment qualifications and security clearances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect end‑to‑end design and configuration of Oracle HCM modules.
- Translate business needs into documented, user‑focused solutions; guide configurations through SDLC.
- Configure and enhance Oracle HCM using Visual Builder Studio, focusing on intuitive design, workflow efficiency, and scalability.
- Manage projects from planning to deployment; ensure alignment with business goals, clear communication, and on‑time delivery.
- Oversee testing, impact analysis, and resolution of defects for upgrades and new features.
- Serve as primary escalation point for system issues and provide high‑level support.
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT, and vendors to implement enhancements, maintain data integrity, and support cross‑system integrations.
- Act as technical liaison across stakeholder groups to ensure cohesive support and successful solution delivery.
- Stay current on Oracle Cloud HCM updates, identify opportunities to adopt new capabilities, and recommend platform improvements.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years hands‑on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM (Core HR, Talent Management, Self‑Service, Benefits, Compensation).
- Proficiency with Oracle Visual Builder Studio and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Strong background in requirements gathering, system configuration, and full lifecycle delivery.
- Demonstrated experience with testing, upgrade planning, impact analysis, and issue resolution.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Oracle Cloud HCM certifications preferred (e.g., HCM Applications Cloud, HCM Cloud).
- Must pass federal pre‑employment qualifications, including security clearance and background check.
