Job Description

**Job Title** Change Project Manager – Change, Solution Design, Knowledge Transfer (Contract – 3 months, inside IR35) **Role Summary** Lead and deliver individual projects within a broader change programme. Manage a small, cross‑functional team of part‑time experts to design, build and implement people, process and IT changes. Own project deliverables, status reporting and ensure solutions align with organisational objectives and regulatory requirements while driving knowledge transfer and upskilling. **Expectations** - Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget. - Apply proven project and solution‑design methodologies. - Foster continuous improvement and internal capability building. - Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and facilitate knowledge transfer. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Lead one or more projects in the change programme, overseeing all phases from design to implementation. 2. Manage a part‑time subject‑matter‑expert team, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities and deliverables. 3. Execute core project tasks: project planning, RAID log management, progress reports, and status dashboards. 4. Apply best‑practice tools in solution design, project management and change management to drive successful transformation. 5. Ensure alignment of organisational, process, data and technology solutions with broader objectives and regulatory requirements. 6. Facilitate knowledge transfer and upskilling across the organisation in the areas of solution design, project management and change management. 7.
