Job Description
**Job Title:** Account Manager **Role Summary:** Drive revenue growth and deepen relationships within an assigned portfolio of enterprise SaaS customers. Develop and execute account strategies, collaborate cross‑functionally to align on retention, renewal, and expansion, and act as the customer’s advocate internally. **Expectations:** - Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas. - Maintain accurate pipeline and activity metrics in Salesforce. - Deliver compelling presentations and business reviews to executive stakeholders. - Identify and close new revenue opportunities within existing accounts. - Ensure high customer satisfaction and successful migration initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create and implement territory/account plans to expand services. - Build and sustain executive relationships in complex global organizations. - Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles, from prospecting to contract closure. - Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts. - Perform whitespace analysis to uncover upsell and cross‑sell opportunities. - Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and Solution Engineering to generate leads and support technical sales. - Prepare customized presentations highlighting product usage and value. - Manage customer migration programs as needed. - Represent the customer voice internally to shape product and service strategy. **Required Skills:** - Proven B2B SaaS sales experience (3‑5+ years), preferably enterprise‑focused. - Strong track record of achieving sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Ability to analyze data for whitespace and growth opportunities. - Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC), Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn. - Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross‑functional teams. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience). - No specific certifications required; SaaS sales experience is essential.
