Builds the foundational marketing playbook, creates positioning, messaging, and demand‑generation assets, and partners closely with Sales and Growth to drive early traction. **Expectations:** - 4–7+ years of marketing or growth experience, preferably in early‑stage startups. - Proven ability to craft compelling stories and translate vision into clear messaging. - Highly hands‑on: copywriting, deck design, campaign execution. - Entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in ambiguity with a bias toward action. - Strong collaborator, especially with Sales and outbound teams. - Bonus: proficiency with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Cursor) and experience in complex B2B sectors such as healthcare/benefits. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and refine positioning and messaging for employers, health plans, and brokers. - Create narrative assets (decks, one‑pagers, case studies) that resonate with executive buyers and consultants. - Design and run growth experiments across paid, organic, PR, and event channels. - Launch and manage campaigns via email, social media, and events. - Produce enablement materials to support Sales efforts. - Partner with Sales and Growth teams to generate and nurture demand. - Document the early marketing playbook and establish processes for future team scaling. **Required Skills:** - B2B marketing & growth strategy. - Strong copywriting and visual storytelling. - Campaign management across multiple channels (paid, organic, PR, events). - Sales enablement content creation. - Data‑driven experimentation and iteration. - Collaboration and cross‑functional communication. - Familiarity with marketing automation/workflow tools (Zapier, similar). - Bonus: knowledge of healthcare or benefits industry dynamics. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - No specific certifications required; professional marketing credentials (e.g., HubSpot, Google Ads) are a plus.
