**Role Summary**
Lead the strategy and execution of marketing partnerships across sports, lifestyle, music, gaming, entertainment and brand collaborations. Own the partnership roadmap, secure high‑value and grassroots alliances, negotiate contracts, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and evaluate partnership performance to drive awareness, affinity and ROI.

Deliver measurable partnership impact aligned with brand objectives, maintain an active pipeline of diverse cultural partners, and report insights to senior leadership. Demonstrate agility in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and consistently grow the partnership portfolio.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and own CAVA’s partnership strategy and quarterly roadmap.
- Identify, vet, negotiate, and secure partnerships with athletes, creators, musicians, gamers, and brand collaborators.
- Build a tiered portfolio balancing high‑visibility and scalable grassroots opportunities.
- Lead cross‑functional planning with marketing, digital, PR, social, culinary, operations, and legal teams.
- Manage partnership contracts, budgets, deliverables, and integration into creative campaigns and events.
- Define success metrics, analyze performance, and optimize ROI and brand impact.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and agencies, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
- Cultivate industry relationships to anticipate cultural trends and new partnership opportunities.
**Required Skills**
- 7–10 years in marketing partnerships, brand collaborations, or talent management.
- Strong negotiation, relationship‑building, and project management abilities.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a pulse on cultural trends in food, sports, music, gaming, and entertainment.
- Proven success in activating partnerships across athletes, entertainment, or lifestyle brands.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and pivot rapidly.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Deep understanding of integrated marketing, partnership development, and event execution.
**Required Education & Certifications**
