Job Title: Senior DevOps Analyst
Role Summary: Design, automate, and scale secure cloud and on‑prem solutions for mission‑critical healthcare systems, integrating CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, observability tools, and emerging AI workflows in an agile environment.
Expectations: Analyze business needs, develop moderate‑complex solutions, collaborate with PMO, participate in the full SDLC, deliver tier 2‑3 support, ensure 24/7 system availability, and work campus‑based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess healthcare, research, and clinical requirements and translate them into robust IT solutions.
- Build, test, deploy, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate using Kubernetes or similar platforms.
- Apply infrastructure‑as‑code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible) for automated provisioning.
- Configure monitoring, logging, and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk.
- Provide day‑to‑day tier 2‑3 support for internal web and client applications.
- Manage release processes, change management, and documentation in line with best practices.
- Coordinate with senior engineers and the PMO to meet project milestones and quality standards.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of IT DevOps experience in agile settings.
- Proficiency with AWS and Azure services.
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and infrastructure‑as‑code.
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Familiarity with LAMP stack and Laravel.
- Knowledge of security, compliance, and performance best practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
Required Education & Certifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field, or an equivalent education/experience combination.
- Cloud certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps, etc.) are preferred but not mandatory.
