**Job Title** AI Data Analyst **Role Summary** Drive the design, deployment, and optimization of AI-driven solutions in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM). Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate RCM operational requirements into structured inputs for AI models, and coordinate AI initiatives to align with business priorities. **Expectations** - Translate complex RCM processes into actionable data and technical specifications. - Deliver measurable business outcomes (efficiency, accuracy, automation) through AI solutions. - Maintain clear, business‑friendly communication across cross‑functional teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Serve as business‑to‑AI bridge; gather, document, and translate RCM requirements. - Identify AI opportunities to improve billing, claims processing, denial management, and appeals. - Communicate AI capabilities, limitations, and ROI to non‑technical stakeholders. - Coordinate AI program planning, roadmap execution, and cross‑team collaboration. - Analyze operational data (claims, denials, appeals, prior authorizations, payer policies) to uncover insights for AI model development. - Define business‑level success metrics, KPIs, and validate data quality with engineering teams. - Support AI product feature documentation, workflow design, and functional specifications. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical skills; experience with data‑driven operational workflows. - Ability to translate business problems into structured analytical and technical requirements. - Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at bridging technical and non‑technical audiences. - Collaborative mindset; proven ability to work effectively across business, product, engineering, and data teams. - Curiosity and continuous learning regarding emerging AI capabilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Health Informatics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field. ---
