Job title: **Digital Marketing Project Manager**
**Role Summary**
Own and execute the digital strategy for a B2C e‑commerce product, driving user acquisition, conversion, and retention. Lead cross‑functional initiatives in site optimisation, paid media, multichannel CRM, and performance analytics to achieve measurable growth and ROI.
**Expectations**

- Ensure alignment of digital activities with brand, acquisition, and product teams.
- Maintain high standards of performance, quality, and innovation across all digital touchpoints.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and manage the full B2C digital strategy, synchronising acquisition and retention levers.
- Oversee and optimise site user journeys (UX, checkout, payment, promotions) to maximise conversion.
- Plan, launch, and evaluate paid media campaigns (SEA, social ads, display, retargeting) with clear ROI targets.
- Design and implement promotional mechanics (discount codes, bundles, cross‑sell/up‑sell) to accelerate sales.
- Build, maintain and refine a multichannel CRM strategy using Salesforce Marketing Cloud – email, workflows, nurturing, abandoned‑cart recovery, loyalty programmes.
- Lead continuous site redevelopment, ensuring technical performance, usability and conversion focus.
- Drive data‑driven customer journeys from acquisition to loyalty, setting up A/B tests, segmentation, and optimisation loops.
- Monitor e‑commerce and marketing KPIs (traffic, CAC, CLTV, ROI, cart abandonment) and propose improvement plans.
- Execute test‑and‑learn initiatives (A/B, multivariate) to enhance digital performance.
- Collaborate with Brand and Acquisition teams to guarantee message consistency and channel synergy.
- Own digital transformation projects across the organisation, from internal tools to strategic initiatives.
- Keep abreast of e‑commerce and digital marketing innovation to identify new growth opportunities.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience in B2C digital marketing and e‑commerce strategy.
- Strong command of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn).
- Expertise in website optimisation, CRO, UX/UI basics, and web analytics.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (email, journeys, SC).
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, KPI reporting, and data‑driven decision making.
- Project management skills: stakeholder coordination, timeline delivery, resource allocation.
- A/B testing and optimisation frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder influence.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (equivalent practical experience accepted).
- Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator/Developer, Google Ads Certification, Google Analytics Individual Qualification (or equivalent).
