Job Description
**Job Title:** Marketing Assistant **Role Summary:** Support the marketing team in executing brand plans, product launches, and retail campaigns for a fast‑growing UK food manufacturer. Coordinate cross‑functional activities, manage agency and supplier relationships, and contribute to performance tracking and market insight. **Expactations:** - Deliver high‑quality marketing support on time and within brand guidelines. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organization and attention to detail. - Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, commercial, NPD, and operations teams. - Demonstrate analytical thinking in campaign performance and competitor analysis. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in planning and executing retail campaigns and new product development (NPD) processes. - Coordinate packaging updates and product launch activities. - Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers. - Track and report on campaign performance, market data, and category insights. - Conduct competitor analysis and contribute to internal communications. - Ensure marketing materials are produced and delivered according to brand standards and schedules. **Required Skills:** - Strong organizational and project‑management abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively across functions and at various seniority levels. - Passion for food and consumer brands. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Preferable experience in FMCG or food manufacturing marketing. - No specific certifications required.
