Job Description
**Job Title:** Electronic Hardware Engineer **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and test analog/digital hardware solutions using microcontrollers, peripheral circuits, and power supply systems. Collaborate with teams to integrate hardware with software and ensure compliance with technical specifications. **Expectations:** - Deliver hardware designs from concept to production. - Optimize test processes for product reliability and performance. - Support cross-functional collaboration and independent problem-solving. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and develop microcontroller-based hardware circuits, analog/digital systems, and low-power switching supplies. - Perform schematic design, PCB layout, and DRC checks for manufacturing readiness. - Build, test, and troubleshoot prototypes, including firmware development and compliance testing (EMC/EMI, ESD). - Create test jigs, execute test plans, and document results for design validation. - Research and select components based on cost, performance, and environmental standards. - Collaborate with software teams for seamless hardware-software integration. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Altium Designer for schematic capture and PCB design. - Expertise in microcontroller systems (e.g., ARM-MBED, STM32) and C++ firmware development. - Understanding of analog/digital sensor integration, peripheral circuit design, and low-power supply optimization. - Advanced prototyping skills (breadboarding, SMT/through-hole soldering, cable assembly). - Lab testing and debugging capabilities for high-frequency, high-density, and low-noise designs. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.
