**Job Title:** Marketing Analyst - Market Intelligence **Role Summary:** Collect and analyze consumer data to support marketing strategies across Decathlon Canada. Conduct market research, develop analyses for market monitoring, and collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to drive strategy development. **Expectations:** Full-time role requiring on-site presence (3 days/week) in collaboration with internal partners and external vendors. Must demonstrate project ownership and cross-functional coordination. **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor competitive market and consumer behavior trends. - Develop market research plans, tools, and presentations to inform marketing and pricing strategies. - Analyze consumer expectations and identify growth/differentiation opportunities. - Design and optimize tools for recurring market studies and international benchmarking. - Ensure data quality and accuracy across databases and research resources. - Propose process improvements for data collection, visualization, and communication. **Required Skills:** - Advanced analytical capabilities with focus on market research and data synthesis. - Strong communication skills for delivering insights to diverse stakeholders. - Proficiency in project management across multiple departments. - Leadership skills to collaborate with global teams and vendors. - Bilingual fluency (English/French) for national and international coordination. - Technical expertise in survey programming (Qualtrics) and statistical analysis (SPSS/Q Research). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Market Research, or related field. - Minimum 3+ years of experience in market analysis or research (Master’s preferred). - Demonstrated expertise in market intelligence methodologies and strategic business applications.
