Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Intern (Year‑Round) Role Summary: Support the Residential Marketing team in planning and executing marketing programs across digital media, events, content creation, and administrative functions. Expectations: Demonstrate strong attention to detail, meet strict deadlines, coordinate multiple tasks, and maintain professional communication with internal and external partners. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in planning and managing events, tradeshows, and conferences. • Proofread and edit copy for spelling, grammar, and layout. • Update marketing reports and track project status. • Create and administer content for partner portals and social media. • Coordinate meetings and communications for the marketing team. • Prepare and distribute promotional materials, including literature mailings. • Manage spreadsheets and databases related to marketing activities. Required Skills: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). • Experience with social media and blogging platforms. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. • Self‑direction, diplomacy, and professionalism. Required Education & Certifications: • Currently enrolled in a marketing or related degree program; anticipated graduation May 2026. • Minor in business preferred (not mandatory).
