Job Description: Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Role Summary: Responsible for administering and extending the ServiceNow platform to support IT service management functions. Designs custom applications, automates processes, and integrates with external systems. Expactations: Deliver stable, secure ServiceNow environments with minimal downtime. Translate business requirements into technical solutions. Keep platform aligned with ITIL best practices and corporate security policies. Key Responsibilities: • Administer and maintain core ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management). • Design, script, and deploy custom applications, workflows, and integrations using Flow Designer, ServiceNow Studio, and Glide APIs. • Develop REST/SOAP API integrations with enterprise applications. • Plan and execute platform upgrades, patches, and performance tuning. • Define role‑based access controls, monitor compliance, and implement security controls. • Produce technical documentation and conduct end‑user and administrator training. • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to optimize processes and automate workflows. Required Skills: • 4+ years of ServiceNow administration and development experience. • Strong JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio expertise. • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and API development. • Deep knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. • Analytical mindset; ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred). • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications are highly desirable.
