Job Title: Head of Engineering Role Summary: Lead the engineering department of a high‑value machinery manufacturer, shaping strategy, driving innovation and ensuring the design and delivery of compliant, safe, and cost‑efficient products. Expectations: - Strategic leadership within an international, fast‑growing organisation. - Foster a culture of safety, innovation and continuous improvement. - Deliver on product development, engineering strategy and team culture. Key Responsibilities: - Build and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team, cultivating talent and a safety‑first mindset. - Oversee end‑to‑end machinery design and development, ensuring full compliance with UK and international safety standards. - Identify and adopt emerging technologies that enhance performance, functionality and cost‑efficiency. - Coordinate engineering support in customer‑facing activities (service, spares, installation, commissioning). - Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, tools and methodologies. - Report directly to the senior leadership team on engineering strategy, performance and resource planning. Required Skills: - Senior leadership experience in design and manufacturing engineering. - Deep knowledge of machinery design and related safety legislation. - Proven ability to implement and manage complex engineering or capital projects, preferably with international customers. - Strong grasp of international standards (CE, UL, UKCA) and compliance processes. - Demonstrated success in leading multidisciplinary teams and fostering a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement. Required Education & Certifications: - Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent. - Exposure to (or knowledge of) ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, or similar engineering quality standards is an advantage (not mandatory).

**Job Title** Senior Project Manager **Role Summary** Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of solar PV, battery storage, and EV charger installations, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to specification while maintaining high safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards. **Expectations** - Deliver renewable energy projects safely, efficiently, and on time. - Manage budgets and adhere to project specifications. - Serve as primary liaison for customers and internal teams. - Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, certifications, and health & safety regulations. **Key Responsibilities** - Oversee project lifecycle from acceptance to hand‑over. - Coordinate installation planning, change control, and quality management. - Communicate progress, risks, and updates to customers and stakeholders. - Monitor project budgets, schedules, and performance metrics. - Develop and enforce RAMS, method statements, and safety protocols. - Resolve issues promptly to minimise delays and cost overruns. **Required Skills** - Minimum 2 years project management experience in construction or renewable energy. - Strong knowledge of construction health & safety practices (RAMS, method statements). - Excellent organisational, planning, and multitasking abilities. - Effective verbal and written communication with diverse audiences. - Proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast‑paced environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Engineering, Construction Management, Renewable Energy) or equivalent professional experience. - Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) preferred but not mandatory. - Valid right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
