**Job Title** Salesforce Engineer **Role Summary** Lead design, architecture, and integration of Salesforce solutions for complex, multi‑org environments. Provide technical direction to cross‑functional teams, ensuring scalable, secure, and high‑performance implementations across Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and enterprise integrations. **Expectations** - 7+ years of high‑complexity Salesforce experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership/engineering role. - Proven track record in architecture and solution design (minimum 7 years). - Strong Service Cloud operational knowledge (3+ years). - 1+ year Salesforce Shield/encryption and platform security expertise. - 1+ year Marketing Cloud experience. - Certified Salesforce Application Architect. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and oversee Salesforce architecture for multi‑tenant, multi‑org deployments. - Lead the implementation of integrations via REST, SOAP, and MuleSoft. - Deliver secure architecture using Shield, encryption, and security best practices. - Mentor and guide development teams on Salesforce design patterns and governance. - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. **Required Skills** - Salesforce platform architecture & solution design - Service Cloud configuration and administration - REST/SOAP API integration skills; MuleSoft experience - Multi‑tenant/multi‑org Salesforce design - Salesforce Shield, encryption, and security best practices - Salesforce Marketing Cloud fundamentals - Leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder communication **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Salesforce Certified Application Architect (mandatory).
