Job Description
**Job Title:** Expert Systems Developer **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑grade Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) solutions and web applications, integrating secure .NET web services, APIs, and messaging components. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, business analysts, architects, and project managers to deliver compliant healthcare data systems and ensure robust authentication, authorization, and CI/CD pipelines. **Expectations:** - Minimum 7 years of experience in SOA integration and .NET development. - Proven expertise with CI/CD tools (TFS, GitLab) and source control. - Demonstrated ability to work with cross‑functional teams to define requirements and delivery timelines. - Experience handling HIPAA‑protected health information (PHI) using HL7/FHIR standards. - Strong knowledge of identity management (Okta, LDAP, RSA, Access Manager). **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain secure .NET web services (WCF, SOAP/REST) and enterprise service bus integrations. - Implement API endpoints, message queues, and dynamic libraries via package managers. - Build and enhance n‑tier web applications using C#, ASP.NET, Web API, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, AJAX, XML/JSON. - Design, code, and optimize Oracle database objects (tables, PL/SQL, procedures, packages, triggers, indexes, views). - Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines in Team Foundation Server and GitLab. - Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR for health‑care data handling. - Integrate and support user provisioning and access control using Okta, LDAP, RSA, and Access Manager. - Participate in requirement gathering, technical design reviews, and project planning with UI/UX, BA, and architecture teams. **Required Skills:** - Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) integration, WCF, SOAP/REST APIs - .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, Web API) in Visual Studio - Front‑end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, AJAX, XML, JSON - Oracle database design and PL/SQL development - CI/CD and source control: Team Foundation Server, GitLab - Identity & access management: Okta, LDAP, RSA, Access Manager - Health‑care data standards: HIPAA, HL7, FHIR - Version control, package management, message/queue processing **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate, or relevant security/identity management certifications.
