Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Supply Chain Operations Manager **Role Summary:** Lead global supply chain strategy, optimize operations, and manage cross-departmental planning to support high-growth retail and direct-to-consumer market expansion. **Expectations:** - Minimum 5+ years in supply chain operations within CPG, with retail/DTC expertise. - Proven leadership in managing global teams and end-to-end supply chain workflows. - Demonstrated success in workflow automation, cost reduction, and retailer compliance. - Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead global supply chain team, implementing continuous improvement and performance strategies. - Design and optimize demand/supply planning, production processes, and integrated business planning (S&OP/SIOP). - Automate manual tasks using tools (Zapier, ERP, 3PL integrations) to enhance efficiency and accuracy. - Execute seamless onboarding for major retail partners via SOP development and compliance tracking. - Manage monthly financial close, budgeting, and forecasting for supply chain operations. - Develop cost-optimization initiatives without compromising quality or sustainability. **Required Skills:** - Workflow automation expertise (Zapier, Make, Parabola, ERP integrations). - Advanced proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and process improvement tools. - Retail/DTC supply chain management experience, including major retail partner onboarding. - Cross-functional collaboration with finance, sales, product, and operations teams. - Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities in dynamic, high-growth environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field. - Professional certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) preferred but not required.
