Ecommerce Marketing Manager
**Role Summary**
Own the execution and optimization of the end‑to‑end digital experience for a fast‑growing direct‑to‑consumer brand. Manage the Shopify storefront, design and launch landing pages, and lead lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, loyalty, and subscription channels. Act as the digital owner, translating performance and creative briefs into deployable web experiences and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive growth and retention.

- Deliver measurable improvements in traffic, conversion, and customer lifetime value.
- Maintain a brand‑consistent, high‑converting digital storefront.
- Execute and optimize lifecycle campaigns that support acquisition, activation, retention, and advocacy.
- Present performance insights, testing outcomes, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Build, update, and organize product catalogs, collections, metafields, and homepage content in Shopify.
2. Produce and refresh site imagery, copy, and campaign creative; develop landing pages for launches and funnels.
3. Lead conversion‑rate optimisation initiatives: A/B tests, CRO strategies, performance tracking, and growth‑team collaboration.
4. Oversee lifecycle marketing: email, SMS, loyalty, and subscription programs; manage external agency partners and ensure quality of execution.
5. Align lifecycle messaging with brand launches and seasonal moments, coordinating with brand and integrated marketing teams.
6. Serve as digital owner across growth, brand, and integrated workstreams; translate performance and creative briefs into actionable web experiences.
7. Partner with freelance developers and agencies for advanced technical enhancements.
8. Identify, scope, and recommend tools and enhancements that improve funnel performance and workflow efficiency.
**Required Skills**
- 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, e‑commerce, customer experience, or retention/lifecycle roles.
- Strong hands‑on expertise with Shopify (front‑end content and product management).
- Proficiency with Klaviyo, Postscript, Recharge, or equivalent lifecycle platforms.
- Project management and stakeholder communication skills; experience managing agencies and freelancers.
- Analytical mindset: UTM tracking, performance dashboards, testing frameworks.
- Process‑oriented, proactive in streamlining workflows and automating tasks.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing, e‑commerce, or analytics are a plus.
