**Job Title:** Business Associate **Role Summary:** Act as an independent advisor and deal facilitator for entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners, connecting them with funding, investment real estate solutions, and business brokerage opportunities. Operate remotely, leveraging professional networks to drive client acquisition and transaction execution. **Expectations:** - 100 % commission‑based compensation with unlimited earning potential and performance bonuses. - Self‑directed work schedule, with periodic collaboration on marketing, analysis, and professional development. - Potential for future leadership roles within the firm. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and secure business funding (SBA loans, working capital, lines of credit, private equity). - Support real‑estate investors in financing owner‑occupied, construction, rental, refinancing, and bridge‑loan projects. - Guide clients through business buying or selling, managing all phases from screening to closing. - Build and maintain long‑term client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor. - Collaborate with internal teams for marketing, deal analysis, and skill development. **Required Skills:** - Experience in business brokerage, banking, real‑estate financing, financial advisory, or business ownership. - Strong understanding of capital structures, business finance, and deal flow. - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent organization, communication, and problem‑solving abilities. - Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and professional presence. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Associate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred). - CPA, Project Management certification, or related credentials are advantageous. - Minimum 2 years of sales or management experience (preferred).
