Job title: Exposure Management Analyst Role Summary: Supports the Exposure Management function by preparing data, executing catastrophe modelling scenarios, validating outputs, and assisting with regulatory and internal reporting. Works closely with cat modelling tools, ensuring high data quality and efficient workflow for senior stakeholders. Expectations: Deliver accurate and timely exposure data, model results, and reports; maintain adherence to structured processes; proactively identify and implement workflow improvements; communicate findings clearly to senior teams and business units. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain exposure data and conduct daily monitoring of non‑national catastrophic exposures. - Assist with compilation of data for regulatory and internal reporting. - Run standard catastrophe model scenarios, collect, and compile outputs. - Perform routine data validation and integrity checks. - Manage outsourced deliverables, track progress, and elevate issues. - Share exposure data insights and results with senior management and business units. - Identify and implement process efficiencies across workflows. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Excel, Python, R Studio (or equivalent) for data validation and reporting. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes. - Ability to understand and work with model logic and data structures of catastrophe modelling tools. - Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science/Data Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering (Systems/Computational), or related field. The degree should demonstrate a solid foundation in quantitative analysis and programming.

Job Description
Job Title: Senior Infrastructure and Cloud Engineer Role Summary: Lead the design, build, operation, and continuous improvement of hybrid cloud and on‑premise infrastructure for a global enterprise, while managing MSPs and third‑party vendors to meet SLAs, security, and compliance standards. Expectations: - Deliver high‑performance, secure, and cost‑efficient infrastructure solutions that support worldwide application services. - Exhibit independent leadership, establishing and achieving project milestones, budgets, and quality targets. - Foster collaboration with architecture, security, and business stakeholders to align infrastructure with corporate objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage relationships with MSPs and 3rd‑party vendors; define, monitor, and enforce SLAs and contractual obligations. - Oversee deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of hardware, virtualization (vSphere), and cloud platforms (Azure). - Conduct quarterly vulnerability assessments and annual penetration tests; lead remediation initiatives. - Coordinate asset management, license compliance, and documentation of services. - Plan, resourced, and deliver data centre and cloud projects, ensuring alignment with corporate goals. - Monitor performance, troubleshoot network outages, and schedule patches, hot‑fixes, and security updates. - Evaluate, select, and onboard new MSPs and partners, ensuring adherence to security and operational standards. - Draft, review, and enforce operational agreements and SLAs with external providers. - Collaborate with architecture teams to define monitoring, management, and risk mitigation regimes. Required Skills: - Strong technical expertise in hybrid cloud environments (Azure, vSphere). - Hands‑on experience with Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, System Center, etc.). - Proven management of MSPs/third‑party vendors in enterprise settings. - Deep knowledge of vulnerability management, penetration testing, and patch management. - Ability to design and architect scalable, secure, and reliable IT infrastructure. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Self‑directed problem‑solving with a structured, methodical approach. - Leadership experience in influencing cross‑functional teams and driving outcomes.
