Job Description: Job title: HR Data Analyst Internship Role Summary: Partner with HR to build, validate, and enhance data dashboards, support cross‑functional projects, and aid the adoption of AI tools within HR processes. Expectations: Deliver reliable analytical reports, contribute to employee experience initiatives, promote a data‑driven culture, and produce educational material on data and AI for internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Design and maintain HR dashboards in Excel and other BI tools. • Validate data accuracy and ensure dashboard integrity. • Assist in cross‑departmental projects focused on employee experience and quality of work life. • Support the pilot and rollout of AI solutions in HR workflows. • Create clear visualizations and teaching aids to disseminate data insights and AI benefits. Required Skills: • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros). • Experience with data extraction, transformation, and visualization techniques. • Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate effectively. • Self‑directed, curious, and collaborative attitude. Desired Tools: Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar. Required Education & Certifications: • Current university student or recent graduate in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Human Resources Analytics, or related field. • Demonstrated academic or project experience with data analysis and dashboard creation. (Certification in Power BI, Tableau, or similar is a plus.)
