Job Description

**Job Title:** Data Analyst **Role Summary:** Analyze large SaaS datasets to uncover insights, guide product, marketing, and customer‑success decisions, and champion data adoption across the organization. Build and maintain ETL pipelines, create interactive dashboards, and collaborate with engineering and data platform teams to ensure high‑quality, trusted data supports business growth. **Expectations:** - 3+ years of experience handling large datasets, building ETLs, and delivering data‑driven recommendations. - Proficiency in Python, SQL, version control (Git), and data visualization tools. - Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into analytical solutions. - Strong communication skills to partner with stakeholders and convey findings effectively. - Commitment to data integrity, lineage, and clean dataset management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to populate and enrich data lakes. - Perform deep‑dive analyses on SaaS business metrics to identify trends and growth opportunities. - Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Jupyter, Streamlit, Plotly, etc. - Partner with engineering and data platform teams to ensure accurate data ingestion and pipeline reliability. - Present actionable insights and recommendations to product, marketing, and customer‑success teams. - Advocate for data‑driven decision‑making and promote data literacy across the organization. **Required Skills:** - Python (including data‑analysis libraries) and SQL proficiency. - Experience with ETL development and data pipeline orchestration. - Familiarity with Jupyter, Streamlit, Plotly, or similar visualization tools. - Git version control. - Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and storytelling with data. - Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment. - SaaS or B2B startup experience preferred. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering) or equivalent experience. - Advanced degree in statistics or business analytics is a plus (optional).
