Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Machine Learning Engineer **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and operationalize advanced machine‑learning models and AI agents for high‑frequency trading applications. Translate research concepts into production‑ready training and inference pipelines while maintaining rigorous scientific standards. **Expectations:** - Minimum 4 years of professional experience in applied ML/AI. - Strong mathematical foundation (optimization, regularization, linear algebra). - Proven ability to stay current with state‑of‑the‑art research and integrate new techniques. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and maintain scalable training and inference infrastructure. - Develop, test, and deploy large‑language‑model (LLM) and agentic AI solutions. - Write clean, reproducible research code and manage versioned codebases. - Evaluate model performance, conduct experiments, and document findings. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to move models from prototype to production. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch). - Experience with AI agents and agentic AI concepts. - Strong background in mathematical modeling and statistical techniques. - Hands‑on experience with model optimization, regularization, and large‑scale data pipelines. - Ability to read and implement ideas from academic papers and open‑source projects. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field (Master’s or PhD preferred). - Relevant certifications (e.g., TensorFlow Developer, PyTorch Certified) are a plus but not mandatory.
