Job Description

**Job Title** Java Full Stack Technical Lead **Role Summary** Lead senior developer and Scrum architect for a full‑stack (React.js + Java) team. Combines hands‑on coding with architectural guidance, agile facilitation, and mentoring to deliver high‑quality software. **Expectations** - Maintain active involvement in coding while driving architectural decisions. - Lead and coach agile teams (sprints, retrospectives, grooming). - Serve as a technical bridge between front‑end (React) and back‑end (Spring Boot/Java) components. - Communicate effectively with product owners and cross‑functional stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Drive architecture design and ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of microservices/REST APIs. - Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and champion best practices. - Mentor developers, facilitate knowledge transfer, and support career growth. - Own sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand‑ups, and deliverable tracking. - Collaborate with DevOps to design and optimize CI/CD pipelines. - Evaluate and integrate cloud services (AWS or Azure) to support application deployment and scaling. - Identify technical risks, propose mitigations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. **Required Skills** - 12+ years of professional software development experience. - Deep expertise in Java (Spring Boot, JPA, REST) and React.js (hooks, context, routing). - Proficient with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or similar). - Strong experience in Agile/Scrum roles (scrum master, technical lead). - Ability to design and implement architecture for scalable, cloud‑native applications. - Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS – EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda; Azure – App Services). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred. - Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional, Azure Fundamentals/Architect) desirable.
