Job Description

**Job Title**: Head of Financial Systems **Role Summary**: Strategic leader to oversee global financial systems, drive system optimization, and implement technology solutions like OneStream and Blackline to enhance finance function efficiency. **Expectations**: - Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or Management Information Systems. - Master’s preferred. - 12+ years financial systems experience, including 2+ years with OneStream. - Strong project/program management and cross-functional leadership skills. **Key Responsibilities**: - Lead global implementation and optimization of financial systems (OneStream, Blackline, Workiva). - Develop technical teams to support application enhancements and system governance. - Own financial process transformation initiatives, including automation and AI integration. - Collaborate with IT, Risk, and Transformation teams to adopt best practices. - Evaluate system design, propose process improvements, and ensure data integrity for external reporting. - Manage stakeholder relationships, resolve system issues, and maintain vendor partnerships. - Oversee EPM and MDG teams for master data governance, reporting structures, and project delivery. **Required Skills**: - Technical expertise in OneStream (preferred), Blackline, ERP systems. - Experience with global consolidations, financial reporting, and automation. - Strong analytical skills for process evaluation and ROI analysis. - Proven leadership in matrix organizations and change management. - Advanced cross-functional collaboration and communication. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. - Master’s degree preferred. - No specific certifications required.
