**Job Title**: Marketing Intern **Role Summary**: Support corporate team in market research, product development, and operational projects. Gain experience in food manufacturing business strategies and cross-departmental collaboration. **Expectations**: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program (Business, Marketing, etc.); minimum 3.0 GPA; ability to work hybrid schedule (remote Mon/Fri, in-office Tue–Thu). **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and market opportunities. - Assist in product development projects, including project planning and launch strategy. - Support operations through production scheduling, supply chain coordination, and inventory management. - Collaborate with finance, sales, and marketing teams on data-driven projects and strategic discussions. - Maintain databases, track KPIs, and prepare reports for senior management. - Provide administrative support, including document preparation and meeting coordination. **Required Skills** - Analytical skills with data interpretation ability. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Strong written and verbal communication. - Time management to prioritize multiple tasks. - Initiative to work independently and in collaborative teams. - Interest in food industry operations and business strategy. **Required Education & Certifications** - Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field. - No certifications required.
