**Job Title:** Deputy Director of Agricultural After‑sales Service (M/F) **Role Summary:** Assist the After‑sales Service Director in defining, supporting, and managing all technical development projects for the group’s northern regions (areas 79 and 86). Provide technical guidance to workshop teams, ensure optimal service processes, and oversee training and geolocation services to meet customer satisfaction. **Expectations:** - Travel up to 75 % of the time to field sites. - Maintain a proactive, customer‑oriented approach. - Demonstrate strong initiative, responsiveness, and organizational skills to achieve set objectives. - Exhibit excellent listening and interpersonal abilities. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Technical Support:** Propose suitable technical solutions, coordinate assistance projects, diagnose incidents and failures, and optimize service procedures. - **Knowledge Management:** Consolidate technical problem solutions to improve production efficiency and enhance mechanics’ expertise. - **Organizational & Training Support:** Enforce supplier rules and best‑practice processes, manage and lead workshop teams, identify skill gaps, and develop/ deliver technical training aligned with client demands. - **Guidance & Geolocation Management:** Implement guidance services, monitor client needs, coordinate system installations with the guidance reference, and oversee after‑sales contract compliance and monitoring. **Required Skills:** - Extensive hands‑on experience as a technician in agricultural equipment. - Strong technical advisory capability for workshop managers and mechanics. - Deep understanding of modern agricultural industry requirements and customer satisfaction drivers. - Leadership and team‑management competence. - Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues. - Excellent communication, listening, and relational skills. - Proactive, initiative‑taking mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Technical qualification or equivalent experience in agricultural machinery service/maintenance. - Valid driver’s licence (Category B). - No specific degree required; proven technical and managerial experience is essential.
