**Job Title:** Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst I **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and maintain data‑centric solutions using advanced Excel VBA, business workflows, Salesforce reporting, and SharePoint administration to deliver accurate insights and streamline operational processes. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality, error‑free Excel automation solutions. - Manage multiple workflows and data pipelines independently. - Produce timely, accurate Salesforce reports and dashboards for stakeholders. - Maintain SharePoint sites, ensuring proper structure, security, and usability. **Key Responsibilities:** - Write, test, debug, and document VBA code for automated tasks, custom functions, and user forms. - Design complex Excel models and interactive dashboards for data visualization. - Develop, update, and troubleshoot business workflow tools. - Create, manage, and optimize Salesforce.com reports and dashboards; ensure data integrity. - Administer SharePoint sites: structure, permissions, document libraries, and user access. - Provide user training and support for VBA applications and SharePoint usage. **Required Skills:** - Advanced expertise in Excel VBA, macros, and dashboard creation. - Hands‑on experience with O365 suite integration and enterprise workflow systems. - Strong knowledge of Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data structures. - Practical SharePoint site administration and content management skills. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities. - Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver solutions with minimal supervision. - US citizenship or valid Green Card holder (mandatory). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Demonstrated portfolio or experience in advanced Excel/VBA development. - Certification in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, or VBA strongly desired. - Salesforce reporting or related certification is desirable.
