Our team of over 600 skilled colleagues is situated across our two Yorkshire manufacturing facilities in Pontefract and Castleford. Our range of treats is produced worldwide across 16 factories to offer HARIBO treats in over 120 countries. HARIBO was founded by Hans Riegel Senior in Bonn, Germany - HA (Hans) RI (Riegel) BO (Bonn) in 1920 and today HARIBO is still a family business run by the Riegel family.

**Job Title**: Brand Manager - Innovation **Role Summary**: Drive innovation and sustainable growth by developing and executing a 5-year product strategy, expanding recipes, formats, and portfolios. Collaborate across departments and globally to deliver market-relevant innovations and campaigns. **Expectations**: - Execute innovation plans aligned with long-term business strategies. - Translate consumer and category insights into actionable innovation pipelines. - Oversee product development from concept to market via stage-gate processes. - Optimize brand plans using data-driven analysis to identify market opportunities. - Manage budgets, track new product performance, and report against targets. - Represent the brand in internal/external meetings with clear, strategic communication. **Key Responsibilities**: 1. Develop and implement innovation strategies for recipe/format expansion. 2. Lead cross-functional teams through product development projects. 3. Manage end-to-end innovation communication plans. 4. Collaborate with agencies to design multichannel marketing campaigns. 5. Analyze category and consumer data to inform innovation decisions. 6. Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and legal standards. **Required Skills**: - FMCG brand marketing experience with a focus on product innovation. - Strong commercial acumen and brand management expertise. - Proficiency in data analytics (consumer, category, market). - Strategic project delivery skills with cross-functional leadership experience. - Virtual stakeholder relationship management. - Agency management and multichannel campaign development. - Analytical problem-solving and strategic thinking. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. - Proven experience in product management and innovation within consumer goods. - Familiarity with stage-gate product development processes.
