Job Title: Senior AI Engineer / Data Scientist – AI RegTech
Role Summary: Design, experiment with, and deploy AI/ML solutions that directly impact compliance and regulatory decision‑making for financial services clients. Lead end‑to‑end product development, ensuring high‑quality, scalable outputs and continuous improvement of the platform.
Expectations:
- Deliver production‑ready AI models that drive measurable business value.
- Iterate quickly, run A/B experiments, and refine models based on real‑world performance.
- Communicate findings and technical decisions clearly to leadership, product, and client stakeholders.
- Maintain rigorous testing, documentation, and reproducibility for all AI systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement AI/ML pipelines using Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, scikit‑learn, NumPy, and Pandas.
- Build and fine‑tune Generative AI and agentic AI solutions tailored to regulatory compliance.
- Design automated testing frameworks for AI models and monitor model drift in production.
- Collaborate with product, data engineering, and client teams to translate regulatory challenges into technical requirements.
- Conduct experiments, analyze outcomes, and iterate models to improve accuracy, speed, and robustness.
- Produce clear, concise documentation and technical reports for internal and external audiences.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience delivering ML/AI solutions at scale in a production environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit‑learn, NumPy, Pandas).
- Hands‑on expertise with Generative AI, agentic AI, and automated testing for AI systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with curiosity to question assumptions and explore innovative approaches.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to create concise documentation and presentations.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TensorFlow Developer, AWS Certified Machine Learning, or similar) are a plus but not mandatory.
