**Job Title:** Legal Contract Manager
**Role Summary:**
Drive end‑to‑end contract lifecycle management for commercial, vendor, and employee agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk tolerance. Provide legal oversight, negotiate terms, and support cross‑functional teams to secure timely, compliant contracts.
**Expectations:**
* Actively manage a high‑volume, fast‑paced contract pipeline, meeting internal deadlines and business targets.
* Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of contract law, privacy compliance, and industry regulations.
* Lead continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and contract quality.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Draft, negotiate, and administer complex commercial contracts and vendor agreements.
2. Advise sales and other stakeholders on contractual terms, risk assessments, and commercial special provisions.
3. Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Revenue Operations on contractual matters involving employees and third parties.
4. Lead negotiations with customers and suppliers, ensuring compliance and consistency across obligations.
5. Oversee contract file completion, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely execution.
6. Provide subject‑matter expertise on contractual language and interpret terms for internal teams.
7. Develop and monitor compliance protocols, playbooks, and policy adherence.
8. Identify and implement process improvements, tools, and projects that add departmental and organizational value.
**Required Skills:**
* Minimum 3 years of contract management experience in the software/technology sector, including privacy law compliance.
* Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Salesforce, SharePoint, and DocuSign.
* Detail‑oriented, proactive, and capable of independent decision‑making.
* Excellent communication, legal research, and organizational abilities.
* Ability to collaborate across geographically dispersed teams and lead large‑scale projects.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
* Valid qualifications in contract law or a related discipline are preferred.
