**Job Title** Account Manager – Life Sciences **Role Summary** Partner with Account Executives to manage and expand large, strategic clients in the life sciences sector. Drive renewals, achieve quarterly expansion targets, build trusted stakeholder relationships, and deliver measurable value through collaborative cross‑functional initiatives. **Expectations** - Manage a portfolio of high‑value, multi‑stakeholder accounts. - Deliver renewal and expansion goals on a quarterly basis. - Maintain accurate 90‑day forecasting for renewals and expansion. - Communicate initiative progress to internal teams and senior client stakeholders. - Identify risk areas and implement retention strategies. **Key Responsibilities** - Build and sustain long‑term relationships with multiple stakeholders across client organizations. - Lead account review meetings, track objectives, and ensure value realization. - Partner with Account Executives and Directors to identify and execute expansion opportunities. - Coordinate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams to deliver outstanding client experiences. - Develop and maintain account plans using structured frameworks. - Present insights, negotiate terms, and influence senior decision‑makers. - Monitor customer health metrics, flag potential churn risks, and devise mitigation plans. - Provide regular reports on renewal and expansion performance. **Required Skills** - Proven experience managing large or multi‑stakeholder B2B SaaS accounts. - Strong relationship‑management and consultative selling abilities. - Commercial acumen and comfort partnering with sales to drive results. - Excellent presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders. - Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast and plan account growth. - Organizational and proactive use of account‑planning frameworks. - Ability to adapt in a fast‑moving, global SaaS environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred). - Relevant certifications in account management, CRM, or SaaS sales is a plus.
